The OVS Bingo wheel can contain up to 100 Bingo balls. If you already have 100 Bingo balls in your Bingo wheel at the time you collect the extra Bingo balls, the balls won’t be added to your Bingo balance and will be lost.
If you didn’t have 100 Bingo balls in your wheel when you collected your Bingo balls, please let us know. We will investigate the issue for you.

did have 35 bingoballs left and by the hour bonus did get no bingoballs too
