If you no longer have access to the receipt sent to your email, you can find your purchase history by going to the following link:

On the left-hand side of the window, you will see "Account". Select and then choose 'Order History'. Simply locate the purchase you experienced difficulty with and send us a screenshot. You can take a screenshot by using these directions:
