If you no longer have access to the receipt sent to your email, you can locate your purchase history by following this link :

Once there, simply tap the symbol near the top of the window that looks like a shopping cart after signing in. Then, tap "Orders". Once there, you will find all your purchases including the purchase you experienced difficulty with. Send us a screenshot of this purchase by following the directions here:
