We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control. Indeed, sometimes the purchase goes through but does not connect to our game servers due to an internet connection fluctuation between our servers and payment processing platform servers. Because of this, the information is not translating to the game, and we have no record of the purchase.
There is nothing to worry about as we are here to assist you in this matter. We simply need you to provide us a screenshot of your receipt. Once your receipt is received, we’ll be able to credit your account with the correct credits amount according to your purchase. If this occurs, please contact our support team via the "Submit a request" button in the lower right corner of the screen with your receipt.
