No Sound

We’re very sorry if you’ve experienced some problems with the in-game sound. Let’s resolve the issue.

Firstly, to check the sound for Old Vegas Slots, make sure you don't have the mute button activated on your mobile device. This would be the small button next to your two main volume buttons on IOS devices. You will need to slide it up. If you use Android devices, you can adjust your sound by pressing your volume button up or down.

Also, we highly recommend checking your settings in the game. Click the gear-shaped icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Your profile page will pop up. 

On the left-hand side of the window, you will see settings. If Sound Switch is not highlighted in green and is displayed as ‘OFF’, then this will be the reason why the game lacks sound.

To turn the sound on, please click on the Sound Switch so that it will appear highlighted in green and the sound should appear in the game.
